504 Trailer Rentals

By accessing this website or booking a rental with 504 Trailer Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

• Renters must be 18 years or older

• A valid government-issued ID is required

• A valid credit or debit card is required for all bookings

 

2. Booking & Payment

• All rentals must be booked through our website or by direct contact

• Full payment, including rental fees, delivery fee, and security deposit, is required at the time of booking

• Prices are subject to change without notice

 

3. Security Deposit

• A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals

• The deposit is refunded after trailer pickup and inspection, provided no damage or missing equipment is found

• Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days

• Processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable

 

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup are required for all online bookings

• Delivery service area is limited to:

  • New Orleans

  • Jefferson Parish

• A $50.00 delivery and pickup fee is included and is non-refundable once the rental is scheduled

• Customers outside this service area must contact us before booking

 

5. Rental Period

• Rental periods are calculated per day unless otherwise stated

• Late returns or delayed access for pickup may result in additional charges

• Trailers must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location

 

6. Use of Equipment

• Trailers may only be used for lawful purposes

• The renter agrees to:

  • Not exceed load capacity

  • Secure cargo properly

  • Follow all local, state, and federal laws

• Off-road use is prohibited unless expressly approved

• Subleasing or transferring the trailer is not permitted

7. Damage, Loss & Liability

• The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer during the rental period

• The renter is responsible for damage, theft, or loss

• Normal wear and tear is excluded

• Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund of rental fees, excluding delivery fees

• Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery or after delivery has occurred are non-refundable

• No refunds for early returns or unused rental time

9. Weather Policy

• Rentals are not automatically canceled due to weather

• Severe weather situations are reviewed case by case

• Customers must notify us as soon as possible if weather may impact their rental

 

10. Refusal of Service

504 Trailer Rentals reserves the right to:

• Refuse service due to unsafe locations or conditions

• Cancel rentals for policy violations or misuse

• Deny service at our discretion for safety or compliance reasons

 

11. Limitation of Liability

504 Trailer Rentals is not responsible for:

• Damage to cargo

• Personal injury

• Loss or delays caused by misuse, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Use of our equipment is at the renter’s own risk.

 

12. Privacy

Use of this website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
