Refund Policy

1. Security Deposit Refunds

• A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

• The deposit is refunded after trailer pickup and inspection, provided:

  • No damage is found

  • No equipment or accessories are missing

  • The trailer was used in accordance with our Rental Policy

• Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days after inspection.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If damage or missing equipment is identified, all or part of the deposit may be withheld to cover repair or replacement costs. Documentation may be provided upon request.

 

2. Delivery & Pickup Fees

• The $50.00 delivery and pickup fee is non-refundable once the rental has been scheduled.

• Delivery service is provided within New Orleans and Jefferson Parish.

• If a customer is outside this service area, they must contact us prior to booking.

 

3. Rental Fees

• Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.

• No refunds or credits are issued for:

  • Early returns

  • Unused rental time

  • Customer cancellations after delivery has occurred

 

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund of rental fees, excluding the delivery fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may result in partial or no refund.

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

 

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

• Rentals are not automatically refunded due to weather.

• Severe weather situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Customers must contact us as soon as possible if weather may impact their rental.

 

6. Refund Method & Processing

• All refunds are processed through our booking system.

• Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or card issuer.

• Processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

 

7. Agreement

By booking a rental with 504 Trailer Rentals, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
