Cancellation Policy
Trailer Rental Policy: 1. Rental Requirements - Renter must be at least 21 years of age. - Valid government-issued driver’s license required. - Valid auto insurance required (proof to be requested). - A signed rental agreement and waiver must be completed before pickup. - Refundable security deposit required at time of rental. 2. Rental Period & Rates - Rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time. - Late returns are subject to additional hourly or daily fees. - No refunds for early returns. 3. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required. - Deposit will be returned after inspection of the trailer, provided no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required. - Damage, missing equipment, or violations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. 4. The following are prohibited: - Overloading beyond rated capacity - Transporting hazardous materials - Carrying passengers or animals - Off-road use (unless specifically approved) - Towing by an unapproved driver 5. Loading & Weight Limits - Renter is responsible for proper load distribution. - Load must be secured at all times. - Maximum weight capacity must not be exceeded. (5000 lbs) - Renter assumes liability for damage caused by improper loading. 6. Towing Requirements - Vehicle must have a properly rated hitch and 2” ball. - Trailer lights must be connected and operational before departure. - Safety chains must be secured. - Renter is responsible for ensuring towing vehicle is properly equipped. 7. Damage & Liability - Renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period. - Renter is responsible for tire damage, blowouts, and road hazards. - Any accidents must be reported immediately. - Renter assumes all liability for personal injury and property damage arising from use. 8. Maintenance & Breakdown - Trailer must not be repaired without written authorization. - If mechanical issues arise, renter must contact us immediately. - Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed. 9. Cleaning - Trailer must be returned in reasonably clean condition. - Excessive mud, debris, or material left in trailer may result in a cleaning fee. 10. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund.
